Michael Lance Ritter has lived in Oklahoma, Colorado, San Francisco, the Sierra gold country and now the Sonoma County, CA wine country.
He earned a BA in Liberal Arts/Theatre and Master's degree at Sonoma State University, and was a Fellow in the PhD history program at the University of California, San Diego. His bio includes being a screenwriter, author, editor, teacher, parent, coach, and entrepreneur.
Michael is a member of the Western Writers of America,Western History Association, Robinson Jeffers Association, Association for the Study of Literature & the Environment and the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma.
